Rhonda has been a fitness professional at the Interlude Spa for over 20 years. She taught aerobics, step aerobics and aqua fitness before concentrating her training in the STOTT PILATES® method. She is currently certified in Matwork, Reformer and Injuries and Special Populations with additional training in Stability Chair™. She is Level 2 Yamuna Body Rolling certified and has recently completed her Anti-Gravity Yoga certification. She believes a mindful approach to exercise is the most effective way to achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals.
