PILATES MAT with PROPS
Props (Fitness Circle, Flexband, Foam Roller, Toning Balls, Pilates edge, mini flex ball etc.) are generally introduced after the Pilates Basics Classes. Small equipment is integrated into this mat-based class to add variety and to challenge both strength and coordination in preparation for intermediate level exercises.
