Kati is a certified Fitness instructor, Personal trainer and Pro trainer with a ( B.Sc. In Nursing ) and has been in the fitness industry for the past 17 years.
She was introduced to Yoga first and then STOTT PILATES® ten years ago when she fell in love with the Mind Body approach. Kati is a fully certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor, a Level 2 Yamuna Body Rolling teacher a Zumba and Zumba Toning instructor, AntiGravity Yoga teacher and newly Certified MELT Trainer. She loves to exercise and passionate to spread the knowledge of Contrology.
